After doing extensive research, I went with Black Rhino because they use a Polyurea instead of epoxy. It is more flexible and durable in Wisconsin weather. The crew started at 9:00 AM and were finished by 6:00 PM. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I had my 40 yr old garage floor done at the end of Oct., 2019 (yes it was at the same time as our earliest snow storm). The young men from Black Rhino were great to work with, they watched the weather and got here so we could get it done before winter set in. I would recommend them every day for their work eithic and responsiveness. I love my garage floor and have received many compliments on it. Friends/neighbors have all stopped in to see it. We are a Wi. Water Utility and had been looking for a floor coating contractor who could install epoxy floors. The existing floor was over 40yrs old chemically pitted, cracks and had several layers of old paint. Found Black Rhino Floors online loved the web site and examples of what our floors could look like. I got a hold of them through their web contact portal and Brian called back the same day. We set up an appointment to meet on site. He brought samples and made a thorough evaluation of our needs to make a recommendation. We followed his coating recommendations and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they cleaned up after themselves and there was no surprises on the cost. I will use them again.

Great company to work with. Floor looks better than I thought it would and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Brian was true to his word on price. I through some curve balls at them as I couldn't get everything out the way they would have liked. I had to get creative with my table saw so I suspended it from the ceiling so it would be out of their way. It took a couple days longer but that was OK by me. Thanks Brian and Black Rhino floors.

Unlike some other bidders on our job, Brian was personable and thorough, carefully explained his product and procedures, and did not pressure us for a quick decision. A very competitive bid made the choice easy. When unexpected conditions were encountered on the job, the crew worked through them and continued late into evening to be sure the work was completed properly and on schedule. Taken together, we think this is the good, "old-fashioned" way to do business.

From the beginning process to the end result, the team at Black Rhino did a fantastic job on our garage floor. I initially requested some information on a Sunday afternoon and within an hour Brian called to answer my questions. He did a great job of explaining the entire flooring process making it understandable and excited to learn more! The pricing was reasonable and the communication throughout was great. They went above and beyond to make sure expectations were met. I also got to watch some of the work being done while at the same time learning more about the people who work for the company. I really enjoyed and appreciated hearing about how this family run company got started and how they have grown over a short period of time. I would highly recommend having your garage, basement, etc. floor done by Black Rhino. Besides my garage floor looking awesome, the overall experience was great!

I had Black Rhino install 1,500+sq ft of flooring in the dog daycare area at The Pooch Palace in West Bend, They accommodated our business schedule as much as was possible, so we had minimal downtime. They worked into the small hours of the morning and it looked great. The customer service, communication, and interaction was perfectly executed, and the follow up service was superb! I am very please with the work performed by Black Rhino Floors. I had my garage floor epoxied and couldn't be more happy with the service this company provided. From the first meeting for the initial consultation to final top coat, I was very impressed with the attention to detail, care and skill of their team. The process of turning my drab and worn concrete slab into a showpiece began with a knowledgeable evaluation of my floor, then a very thorough surface prep and lastly the final product was applied. The equipment they use is top of the line matched with top of the line professionals made me very glad I went with Black Rhino, Great job guys!UPDATE 8-16-18:Had floor done in the beginning of July and within the first week rust from two existing rust spots on the concrete slab started to seep through the coating and pools on top. This despite having a 15 lbs moisture barrier applied to the slab under the epoxy coating. The owner has been responsive and thinks he has a solution. Unfortunately it will require removing the coating to do the repair and then they will have to patch the 2 areas. The floor looks so nice now, I'm really hoping that it still looks good when they are done. I am waiting for them to do the repair and will update on how the patch work looks and if they can prevent the rust from re-appearing.

I can honestly say I have never given a review before because I’m not a social media type of guy and I like to fly under the radar. That being said I felt compelled to post why Brian and Ben of Black Rhino far exceeded my expectations for the polishing of my floors in the Third Ward . First they were great with communication and being there when they said they would for all aspects of the job from quoting to final product. Second and very important is that they are really pleasant guys to work with. Please and thank you guys like myself. Lastly is my floors look like terrazzo because of their long hours of hard work. This is wordy but what a great experience, please consider Black Rhino!

I absolutely love the floor they installed. It's a multi-color flake floor with with some random metallic flake mixed in giving it a very cool, high-end look at a great price. I would recommend Black Rhino Floors to anyone looking for a garage floor...our friends all love it.
