Surface Preparation

This position would be focused on preparation of an existing concrete surface for residential, commercial, or industrial concrete resinous flooring systems.

On any one project, there is usually floor prep, mortar installation and resinous coating application. Often our surface prep team members become proficient in the other project responsibilities in order to improve their skill set, creating a stronger team environment and greater opportunities for promotions.

This can be either a part time or full time, year-round position. Monday through Friday however based on the nature of our flooring solutions there are times we need to work nights and / or weekends.

Wage is negotiable based on experience and skill level

Position Equipment
  • Operate power equipment such as; floor grinder, shot blaster, scarifier, floor scraper, industrial shop vacs, hand grinders, chippers and concrete saws.
Activities:

Performing general physical activities in standing or kneeling positions to include:

  • Utilizing some of the equipment above for removal of existing concrete coatings and to prepare the surface with the proper profile for the new floor system.
  • Conditions can sometimes include cold or hot weather conditions based on the time of the year or the facility.
  • Ability to work long hours if necessary
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Properly handling and moving objects
  • Adhering to OSHA safety standards
  • Organizing, planning and prioritizing work within a team setting.
  • Team player
Position Requirements:
  • Cell phone with text messaging capabilities.
  • Reliable transportation at all hours of the day or weekend.
  • Clean cut in appearance and responsive to phone communication.
  • Clean driving record is necessary if you’re going to drive one of our vehicles.
Finish Troweler

This position would be focused on the installation of our mortar systems for commercial and industrial applications. Previous troweling experience, both hand and power troweling is not a requirement but it’s preferred since it cuts down on the learning curve.

On any one project, there is usually floor prep, mortar installation and resinous coating application. Often our finish troweler team members become proficient in the other project responsibilities in order to create a stronger team environment and improve their skill set allowing for more opportunities for promotions.

This can be either a part time or full time, year-round position. Monday through Friday however based on the nature of our flooring solutions there are times we need to work nights and / or weekends.

Resinous Applicator

This position would be focused on the installation of our resinous top coat for our flooring systems. This would in applications for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Previous experience, is not a requirement but it’s preferred since it cuts down on the learning curve. The finish top coat is the last application of the floor system and is the most noticeable which requires skill and attention to detail in order to hit the bullseye.

On any one project, there is usually floor prep, mortar installation and resinous coating application. Often, our resinous applicator team members become proficient in the other project responsibilities in order to improve their skill set, creating a stronger team environment and greater opportunities for promotions.

This can be either a part time or full time, year-round position. Monday through Friday however based on the nature of our flooring solutions there are times we need to work nights and / or weekends.
